During October & November 2018, we will be starting our brand new, cookery courses, where our chef Richard Milnes will share a few of his secrets, tips and answer your questions.
Class sizes will range from 4-8 participants, allowing for an intimate and personal approach to learning and focus on a special topic every day. Each class will start with a casual get-together and discussion on the chosen topic. Watch Richard’s demonstrations and get practical hands-on experience in our kitchen. We will keep you sustained with coffee, tea and scones throughout the morning and we’ll all sit down for a light lunch and glass of wine.
There is no need to have any knowledge of cooking and everyone is welcome. Private classes for groups of friends focusing on specific topics of interest can be arranged.
