We are very excited to once again be hosting 2018’s Dine in the Dark event. After the great success over the last few years, we are happy to support the National Council for the Blind and their sponsors and associates to raise awareness and provide life changing sight loss services to the 50,000 blind and vision impaired people in Ireland.
This fantastic dining experience will allow you to explore our surprise 4-course tasting menu whilst wearing blindfolds, so the meal becomes a remarkable sensory encounter that heightens your sense of taste, touch, smell, and communication. Without your sight to guide you, you’ll experience taste, texture and flavour in a completely new and innovative way.
